I started Cali Rollin Electric because I believed the people doing the work deserved better: better leadership, fair pay, and a real opportunity to grow.

I fell in love with electrical work at 14, when a friend's dad gave us a chance to learn the trade. That opportunity changed the direction of my life. Today, I get to offer that same kind of opportunity to others.

We're building a company where taking care of our people is part of the job. That means sharing knowledge, recognizing what someone brings to the team, and giving them a path toward greater responsibility. It also means remembering that everyone has a life outside of work. People carry challenges we don't always see, and they deserve a team that looks out for them.

To me, brotherhood means showing up for one another. We teach, we listen, we hold each other accountable, and we work through problems together. The best work comes from people who know they're respected and supported.

My goal is for someone to join Cali Rollin Electric and see a future here—a place to become a better electrician, grow as a person, support their family, and build a career they're proud of. The chance I was given at 14 is something I intend to keep passing on.
