Choose the right agreement

Preventative maintenance agreement

Scheduled tasks for named equipment. The agreement defines what is maintained and when. Monthly payment does not mean monthly visits or unlimited repairs.

Facility service subscription

Reserved electrician time for troubleshooting, repairs and small improvements. We customize the scope and reserved time to your facility.

Dedicated staffing

A custom option for recurring onsite electricians. We agree on staffing needs, scope and scheduling with your team.

Service and repair benefits

Your customized agreement identifies the service and repair benefits included with the plan. Work outside the covered scope is presented as a turnkey written quote before it begins.

Priority scheduling is coordinated during normal business hours within your agreement and available capacity. Scheduling and coverage are established for your facility.

Payment choices

Monthly → quarterly → every six months → annually

Monthly billing has the highest total. Quarterly, semiannual and annual advance-payment schedules offer progressively greater savings. Your customized quote sets the exact amounts.

Choose the service scope first, then the payment schedule that fits your operation.

What you receive

A written scope identifying covered equipment or reserved service time, the service schedule, payment choice and applicable labor benefits. Equipment tasks are described on the Maintenance & Testing page.

Before we get started

Your questions, answered.

Does monthly billing mean a monthly maintenance visit?

No. Payment frequency and the maintenance schedule are separate. A maintenance agreement defines tasks for named equipment and when those tasks are due.

How is work outside the plan priced?

Your agreement identifies the included service benefits. Work outside the covered scope is presented as a turnkey written quote before it begins.

Can we reserve recurring onsite electricians?

Yes. Dedicated staffing is a custom option. We work with your team to define the recurring onsite scope and schedule rather than offer a fixed staffing package.

How do advance-payment savings work?

Monthly billing has the highest total. Quarterly, semiannual and annual advance-payment schedules offer progressively greater savings. The exact amounts are set in your quote.

The next step

Let’s talk about your facility.

Tell us where it is, what equipment you have and what you need help with. We’ll work through the scope and scheduling with you.

U.S. projects are considered individually; scope and local licensing are confirmed before scheduling.

Initial-service assessments: $500 flat for small / medium facilities; $1,000 flat for large / equipment-heavy facilities. Fully credited toward your initial service if you accept the quote.
