What our contact form collects

When you submit a request through our contact form, we collect the following information:

• •Source page, the website page from which you sent the inquiry
• •Optional attachments, photos or documents you choose to send with your inquiry

We do not ask for payment information, Social Security numbers, or sensitive personal information through this website. Please do not include that information in a message or attachment.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, understand the work you are asking about, arrange a visit, and prepare or follow up on a written quote.

We use your contact details to reach you (by phone during business hours or by email) to discuss scope, schedule a site visit, and deliver a written quote. We do not send newsletters, marketing sequences, or automated follow-up campaigns.

We keep inquiry and project records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal, accounting, insurance, and warranty obligations. Retention varies with the record and the relationship. You may ask us to delete information; we may retain records where the law permits or requires it.

Hosting, email, and service providers

Vercel hosts this website and may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect it, such as IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs. Contact form inquiry details and optional attachments are sent through Resend, our email delivery provider, to our team. These providers process information for us to operate the website and deliver inquiries.

Cookies, storage, and analytics choices

The site stores one necessary consent preference in your browser under the keycre-cookie-consent. It records the preference version, whether you allowed analytics, and the decision and expiry times. It expires after 180 days. On your next visit after it expires, we ask you again. This preference is needed to remember your choice.

Interactive home tours may also store a functional motion preference under the keyimmersive-home-motion so the tour remembers whether you chose motion on or off. That preference remains until you reset it in the tour or clear your browser storage.

Google Analytics 4 is optional. Its script is loaded only after you allow analytics on an eligible production page. If enabled, Google Analytics may set first-party cookies beginning with _ga and process usage data such as pages viewed and interaction events. Rejecting or later withdrawing consent stops further optional analytics collection and removes those first-party analytics cookies from this site. A browser Global Privacy Control signal sets or reaffirms an analytics rejection. That saved choice is remembered for up to 180 days, and you can change it later when Global Privacy Control is off.

You can accept, reject, or change optional analytics through the consent controls. The contact form remains available if you reject analytics. Use the Cookie settings control in the site footer to review or change your choice later.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We also do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We disclose information to service providers that help us host the site, deliver inquiries, and operate our business; to people involved in work you request when needed; with your direction or consent; and when required to comply with law, protect rights or safety, or handle a business transaction.
