What we check
Start with equipment condition, access, available records and observed safety concerns. We document visible damage, missing covers, labeling issues and other findings for follow-up. Functional safety-device checks and specialist testing are defined in the site scope.
Panels and distribution boards
Inspection, cleaning, condition findings and manufacturer-required breaker, feeder-breaker and connection servicing as applicable.
Switchgear
Scoped inspection, cleaning and applicable component and connection maintenance. Specialist tests are separately scoped.
Automatic transfer switches
Inspection, cleaning and manufacturer-required servicing. Coordinated functional transfer testing is included only when specifically scoped.
Transformers
Condition and ventilation checks, cleaning and applicable connection servicing.
Disconnects
Enclosures, operating mechanisms, fuse holders where present, cleaning and connections.
Plan the work window
We coordinate equipment access and necessary shutdowns with your facility team. Equipment-specific procedures, energized work controls, test parameters and manufacturer instructions govern the work.
The quote defines equipment and tasks. Maintenance needs vary with the equipment and its condition; a site assessment sets the scope.
What you receive
A record of completed tasks, condition findings, recommendations and deferred work. Unresolved items stay visible so your team can plan corrective work and future visits.
Optional services
Feeder insulation testing, seven-day load monitoring and separate load/capacity calculations can be scoped for your facility.
Thermal Imaging adds an infrared view. NFPA 70B program support helps organize the ongoing maintenance record.

Your questions, answered.
Do all pieces of equipment get the same service?
No. Equipment type, condition, manufacturer instructions and the agreed scope govern the work. The quote identifies the equipment and applicable tasks.
Is functional ATS transfer testing included?
Only when it is specifically scoped. Transfer testing must be coordinated with the facility’s operating needs; ATS inspection and servicing do not automatically include a functional transfer test.
Can testing and monitoring be added?
Yes. Feeder insulation testing, seven-day load monitoring and distinct load/capacity calculations can be scoped. Specialist tests and engineering studies are identified separately when needed.
